Designing Cultural  Landscapes where people, culture, the arts, and nature, work in harmony as one.

Located in the Buffer Zone between the protected Mayan Biosphere and Lake Petenza, we are at the forefront of both local and global climate challenges. As nature and our ecosystem face unprecedented pressures, we have united to take action, promoting sustainable living, restoration, rebuilding efforts, protecting and nurturing our natural world.

Creative thinking is at the heart of all development. Building shared neutral spaces, skills, strategies, and communities to be flourishing,  inclusive, resilient, and sustainable.

We aim to combat the alarming rates of chronic food insecurity and severe malnutrition by fostering food sovereignty through the establishment of community-supported organic gardens. These gardens will supply fresh produce while boosting the local economy and creating job opportunities.

UNITED NATIONS SUSTAINABALE GOALS

We are proud to have received endorsement from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Guatemala. The United Nations offers us a vital framework within a broader context. Committed to promoting peace, equality, and social and environmental justice, we are guided by the Declaration of Human Rights and Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the conservation and preservation of the, cultural, and heritage assets of our country.

GENDER EQUALITY

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS

Many women and girls in our community remain confined to traditional domestic roles. There is a significant need to create more opportunities that empower women and harness their untapped potential active contributors. We must strive for equal rights, develop women-led business models, foster women-led local economies and industries, and enhance civic participation, ensuring that women have a stronger voice in civil society, local, and public policy.
